Freemasonry is a very old tradition, and legend says it extends to ancient times. We know that our history dates back for hundreds of years at least to the formation of the United Grand Lodge of England in 1717.

Many of the founders of the United States of America were Freemasons, as were many founders of the state of Texas. Multiple Presidents, Governors and leaders in both the private and public sector have shared an interest and participation in this great fraternity.

Freemasonry is not a religion, nor does it offer a path to salvation. We believe in God, but what that means and how a man worships is their own affair.

What Freemasonry is is a path to making good men better. We do this not by secretive or hidden methods, but by practical practice of brotherly love, relief, and truth.

We believe in helping one another and giving back to society. In being leaders and in being active participants in creating a better world for all mankind.

We are not an invitation only organization. On the contrary, we require that candidates ask us - not the reverse. So we encourage interested, good, law abiding men to contact our Secretary today and ask for more information.
